At Skittle, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your personal information. Our aim is to be as clear and open as possible about what we do and why.

Why we process your personal data

The Skittle website offers the opportunity for its visitors to submit their details via a form (e.g. to request further information or download a resource).

From social media: If you choose to communicate to us via any of the social media platforms.

Who will see your data?

Your personal data will only be seen and used by employees of Skittle. Skittle operates a role based access policy for personal data. What this means, is that an employee of Skittle will only have access to personal data, if they need that access to do their job. Skittle does not share the personal data of prospects or clients with any third parties.

You have certain rights given to you by law, that means you have an amount of control over your personal data that we process.

This right allows you to confirm that your personal data is being processed and to allow you to check if the processing is lawful.

Confidentiality and security of your data

Information about you will be kept safe and secure and it will not be supplied to anyone else, unless we are obliged or permitted by law to disclose it. Skittle does not sell, rent or trade any personal information supplied by you to any third party.  Skittle security systems and policies contain the organisational and technical controls that we use to protect your data from harm and ensure confidentiality.
